Does the EU want to rehabilitate fascism and anti-Semitism?
(poster slogan: After Tito - Tito! And after Tsar Boris what?)
This is my protest against the continuous, obscene and serious attempts to cover up the crimes committed during the Second World War, as well as the insults directed at the Macedonian nationality and language coming from the leadership of Bulgaria.
Have the Fascist and Nazi atrocities, the persecution of the Jews from Macedonia, and the trampling on the basic principles of self-determination and self-expression become irrelevant to the EU, so now it lowers them to a "banal" bilateral dispute?
Unfortunately, there is no official condemnation from the EU and I ask if their silence supports an EU member to do whatever they want? Does it encourage someone's right to bully and discriminate?
I still believe in the basic postulates on which the EU is based and for me they are our future!
But I will always oppose when real values are relativized and manipulated, and so the "chosen" are given the exclusive right to determine which values and for which people they apply or do not apply.
